Buongiorno S.p.A. (hereinafter defined as ‘The Company’) informs you that all personal data that you spontaneously provided and now in its possession will be processed for the purpose of personnel selection and for evaluation of any future vacancy existing in The Company itself, or in other companies belonging to The Company co-branded group of companies (hereinafter defined as ‘The Company Group’). The evaluation of your application has the sole purpose of considering the possibility of offering you either employment, or an apprenticeship, or a collaboration with or within The Company Group according to the vacancy you applied for or for any other future vacancies as stated above.

The aim of this Statement is to inform you on how The Company will use any personal data you provided through this web site.
The Company complies with data protection legislation. This regulates the processing of information relating to you and grants you various rights related to your personal data. Your personal data will be processed, directly or through service provider/s, in the respect of The Code with or without the use of electronic, informatics or automated means, under the responsibility of The Company which is the Controller of all data processing.

The submission of personal data by applicants is absolutely optional. Without your express consent to the treatment of your personal data in accordance with The Code, The Company will not be able to consider your application for the sake of search and selection activities.

Within The Company your personal data could be treated by all employees or people operating for The Company itself in the HR department or in those other departments your application form is considered for hiring (and, in particular, the IT, legal and production departments), or even involved the company auditing procedures.

The Company will not disclose to third parties your personal information except as set forth below. Your personal data may be only transferred to and processed by other companies belonging to The Company Group, for the same personnel search and selection purposes as stated above, according to the relevant person appointed as their own respective representative in charge for the application of The Code. The Company may disclose such information also to companies and individuals The Company collaborates with to perform functions on its behalf - including data processors - and supplying The Company with HR services - such as Cesop Communication S.r.l. whose headquarter is in Bologna, via san Felice 13, Italy. All the above-mentioned third parties will be entitled to process your personal information as autonomous Data Controller of them, unless they have been appointed as Data Processor by The Company itself to treat some specific personal data only, as included in a proper document that The Company can provide on specific request.

All your data will be kept by The Company for a period of two years from receipt or the last time you will have updated it.
In addition to that, The Company informs you that, with respect to the processing of your personal data, you have the possibility to exercise all the rights provided by the law - including the opportunity to request and to obtain a confirmation of the existence of your own personal data; to obtain a copy of such data and its sources in an intelligible form, as well as the logic and the purpose of the processing; to obtain a copy of this Privacy Statement; to obtain any subsequent updating, the correction or, if applicable, the integration of data; to obtain the deletion, the conversion into anonymous form or the restriction of such personal information if handled in breach of the law; to oppose, either completely or only in part and for legitimate reasons, the handling of your personal data.
In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights you can address your request to the personal data processor at Human Resource department of The Company as hereinafter specified.
The Data Controller is Buongiorno S.p.A. whose headquarter is in Milan, Via Cosimo del Fante 10
The Data Processor is the currently designated internal HR Manager, based in the above-mentioned office of The Company.

CONSENT
Having received the above information, I express my consent for the treatment and the communication of my personal data that I personally have provided to The Company, and even for any “sensitive” data. I also agree that my personal data may be transferred to other companies, within the confines, the purposes and the length indicated hereinabove.
