According to the article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 on data protection, hereinafter defined as “The Code”, Geox S.p.A., based in Biadene di Montebelluna (TV), Via Feltrina Centro n. 16 (hereinafter defined as “Company”), as controller of the data, informs you that all personal data that you provided will be processed exclusively for the purpose of personnel selection and for evaluation of any future vacancy existing in The Company itself, with the support of paper or computer devices, however suitable to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
The submission of personal data by applicants is absolutely optional. Without your express consent to the treatment of your personal data in accordance with The Code, The Company will not be able to consider your application for the sake of search and selection activities.
Handling of your data will not require further consensus, according to art. 24, comma 1, lett. b) of The Code.
We invite you not to provide in your Curriculum Vitae sensitive data (data related in example to health status, religion or politics), and we inform you that if such data will be provided they will be immediately deleted.
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties and will be handled by (i) by all employees or people operating for The Company itself in the HR department or in those other departments your application form is considered for hiring, and, as responsible for external processing of the data (ii) by recruiting and selection companies, and (iii) by Cesop Communication Srl in order to maintain the software. Your data will be stored for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which they were collected. During this time you will be able to exercise your rights as stated by art. 7 of the Code, such as 1) obtain, by the controller or the responsible, without delay, confirmation of the your personal data existence in the database; 2) get: a) information about the data origin, the scope and treatment modalities, the identification of the controller and responsible, the subjects and categories of subjects to whom data can be communicated, the possibility to update, edit or integration of the data provided; b) the deletion, anonymization or the blocking of the data treated in violation of the law.
